These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and qq98 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the qq98 online betting platform, including our website located at https://qq98.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your account.

You may maintain only one (1) Account with qq98. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts. This restriction applies regardless of whether the duplicate accounts use different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify multi-accounting and reserve the right to void all bets, confiscate balances, and ban users who violate this provision.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. All information must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
qq98 operates under strict KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal or at any time we deem necessary, you will be required to submit identity verification documents including a valid Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card) or Passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and potentially additional documentation such as selfie verification or payment method confirmation. We reserve the right to request supplementary documents at our discretion.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete. We aim to process KYC documents within 24-48 hours during business days, but complex cases may require additional time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your Account. We recommend using a strong, unique password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available.
You agree to immediately notify qq98 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If we suspect your Account has been compromised, we reserve the right to suspend it temporarily until security verification is complete.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, address, payment methods, or other personal information changes, you are obligated to update it promptly through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. qq98 is not responsible for failed communications or missed important notifications due to outdated contact information.
qq98 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or payment provider.
Deposits must originate from a financial account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate processing.
We do not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction charges. You may request withdrawal of your available Balance (excluding active Bonuses subject to rollover requirements) at any time. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account name used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. We do not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month; subsequent withdrawals may incur an administrative fee of Rp 25,000.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15-60 minutes for verified Accounts during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Larger withdrawals (above Rp 50,000,000) may require additional security verification and extended processing time up to 48 hours.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents promptly may delay your withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms pending investigation.
qq98 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted (i.e., you cannot deposit funds and immediately withdraw them without placing bets). We monitor transaction patterns and reserve the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities. Users found to be using our Platform for money laundering purposes will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.
qq98 offers various Bonuses and promotions including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any Bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard rollover requirement for our Welcome Bonus is 15x (deposit + bonus amount). For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a 100% match Bonus of Rp 1,000,000, you must wager Rp 30,000,000 (Rp 2,000,000 x 15) before the Bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 100% for pre-match bets and 50% for live in-play bets. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each Bonus offer. Bets placed on heavily favored outcomes (e.g., sports bets with odds below 1.30, or casino strategies like hedging) may not count toward rollover or may be deemed bonus abuse.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, using hedging strategies to artificially meet rollover requirements without risk, abusing casino systems or game bugs, coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, or any other activity that exploits promotions contrary to their intended spirit. qq98 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts of users who engage in bonus abuse.
Bonuses are typically valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise specified. If rollover requirements are not met within the validity period, the Bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your Account. We will send reminder notifications as the expiration date approaches, but it is your responsibility to track and meet requirements within the timeframe.
All bets are subject to acceptance by qq98. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly bets that appear suspicious, unusually large, or placed by users with a history of advantage play. A bet is only considered valid once you receive confirmation and it appears in your betting history. Technical issues, website errors, or display glitches do not obligate us to honor bets placed under such conditions.
For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If an event is abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or declared void by official governing bodies, bets will typically be voided and stakes refunded. For casino games, bet outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer actions. Once a game round is complete, results are final. In the extremely rare case of a technical malfunction or error, the affected game round may be voided and stakes refunded. We maintain full records of all game rounds which can be reviewed upon request for dispute resolution purposes.
Odds and betting lines are subject to change at any time before you confirm your bet. Once you submit a bet, you are betting at the odds displayed and confirmed at that moment. We employ automated systems to adjust odds in response to market movements, incoming bets, and changing event probabilities. While we strive for accuracy, errors can occur. Obvious errors in odds or lines ("palpable errors") may result in bets being voided even after placement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

We may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions, and we do not provide compensation for periods when the Platform is inaccessible.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. qq98 does not guarantee winnings, profits, or any specific outcome. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions, bankroll management, and the consequences of your gambling activities. We provide Responsible Gaming tools to help you manage your play, but ultimate responsibility for gambling within your means rests with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq98, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless qq98 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, you must withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to completion of rollover requirements for active Bonuses). Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to use qq98 Services again, you must register a new Account (provided you were not banned for terms violations).
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at our sole discretion for any of the following reasons:
If your Account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to place bets or request withdrawals. If our investigation confirms wrongdoing, your Account will be permanently terminated and any remaining Balance forfeited. If the investigation clears you of wrongdoing, your Account will be reinstated and you will regain access to your funds.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq98 operates under license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English, with the arbitrator's decision being final and enforceable in courts of competent jurisdiction.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, you may proceed with formal arbitration.
